Chef Compton is the Food Network’s “Vegas Chef Prizefight” finalist. He was born and raised on the Gulf Coast and has been fully immersed in the food scene since he was a child. His main passion is bridging the gap between local farmers and the community. “It’s our job as chefs to tell the story of where our food comes from and why it is important to us.
